Good News/Bad News - Delay

Could the delay be -

1. The new Mining Law the Vens are working on, cause lets face it, the new Law will give direction in mining for future generations.

2. A specific chosen announcement date prior to the upcoming Bolivar Regional Election of which "Rangel the Rascal" is a running candidate. Maybe the "Rascal" wants to use the Project as a platform speech to get re-elected, cause all of the miners in the Region are pissed... Remember he is the one who signed off the MOC. Isn't this how politicians think?

3. Negotiations for a partnership to develop the mine, or an outward buyout has not been finalized?

Regarding a buyout, I have always been suspect of the recent trip Chavez made to South Africa. Will the new owner of LC be Gold Fields who are part owners of Rusoro. Gold Fields fronts the money for a buyout, as they have the capital, and Rusoro mines the Property. Maybe this was the strategy from the start when Gold Fields sold their rights of the Choco Property to Rusoro.

IMHO, I can't think of any other reasons for the delay. Comments.
