after reading all the good/bad news posts i have to say i'm with the majority on this one.......just one question.

1. if it's approved/in compliance/etc......then whats the delay?

are they waiting for riots in the streets and a coup? i really dont care about fungs demand for secrecy. fact is that this is a publicly traded company and our PPS is shot.....

if venezuela cant say "yes, everything will proceed as planned as soon as we get off our butts" then i say they have no intention of honoring thier obligation and we should proceed accordingly...the miners have figured that out...imo
