I have always believed that the permit will come when I least expect it. With Ford at $2 and GM down 30% today (just a few examples) the timing couldn't be more unexpected in all the years I have been involved. I admit to having this same feeling and being fooled a couple other times but they were nowhere close to the current feeling that it is now 'when I least expect it' . Late late news speaks of European markets being down even more on early Friday trading.

I also believe that it may just come by fax on a Sunday afternoon. Years ago someone from Crystallex said that that's how their last permit arrived, unannounced, no fanfare. So there's my prediction. Why not?
