Robert Fung is our ace in the hole man for a couple of reasons. First, he's not American and second because of his Asian ethnicity. Both of these seem more acceptable to Chavez.

Also, I feel the delay at this point is about negotiating for a buyout by a gold company that is in a country such as Russia or Africa - one that Chavez will trust. jmo
