I wonder if the unrest in the mining sector is because these groups are wanting to go" solo " .

They want new and modern equipment and looking at Sanz for help.

Obviously Sanz is looking at the bigger picture and knows that these small operation are a waist of time in the general context.

I believe that this is a problem in need of solving before the permit .

These miners will not go to work for a wage ,they worked for themselves all their life and they are not going to change.

According to Marchan, 82 are small-scale miners who have been four years waiting for their compensation, "this group of miners has ceased to perceive those irresponsible for the profits of the company who has caused us damages. We are proposing the relocation of the 82 miners who are grouped in the Cooperative Pisolita, as it is signed by representatives on the record of this company dated Dec. 17 in the year 2004, "he said.

According to the declarant, the relocation must be in a profitable area for small-scale mining and with proven reserves. "We must stress that we are cooperative with more rights and to demand evidence and to obtain compensation from the company, the authorities of Mibam, CVG, are aware of this situation and provided an opportunity for us to be evicted. On November 11 2004, a group of 111 miners received their awards recently and now some 800 comrades received their payments, but we are still waiting for our payment. "

The mining leader called on Jose Manuel Rodriguez, to respond to the demands he makes on behalf of the Cooperative Agromining Pisolita. Merchan said that repeatedly have targeted the minister Sanz and this fact has turned a blind eye. "Rodolfo Vilchez, never have time to care why we went back to minister to resolve our case please," said Marchan
