The bilateral trade treaty between Canada and Venezuela (http://www.sice.oas.org/bits/Caven1_... posted in the link library, is actually very favorable and is worth a quick look.

And as the last sentence of the treaty notes, either country can get out of the treaty but it still continues in force for 15 years for existing deals.
