Not according to RM. About a month, maybe two, i ask RM would they just let time run out? ( till all the money was gone). His answer was. no at some point in time they would go to court and sue for back taxes bonds ect. They would also sue for lost revenues, based on the contract. Did not ask for what amount. This would be a course they would rather not venture down.

He did not offer or know when that would occur, and would be a last attempt effort.
