I've spent the last few days with my son, who visited from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We ate great steaks, shot horrible rounds of golf and talked of what was and will be. To say it was enlightening would be an understatement...

In light of my health, I can't deliver what I once tried to do. I apologize to the board. When I started posting here, it was because I witnessed a lack of information. Thankfully, BK, no_bear, Rundle were here to get this going.

I communicate with many Crystallex investors who have a substancial investment in this stock and are detached from this board. To my dismay, I saw a challenge to my integrity by a poster who has since been banned. His disparaging remarks had multiple "thumbs up" so I made the decision to relinquish my "suit."

When I started posting the VZ news, our "readership" increased (we went from three suits to twelve, an indication of the DD many have done). Several of my Crystallex contacts also came aboard and are among the best in bringing information here. I will continue to monitor the board and contribute when I can...

I was challenged to disclose my holdings, which I don't discuss with my closest friends. Moses, I'm down over $100K on this play, if that helps you justify my motives (I have a vested interest). I seldom commented on my postings, apparently that went unnoticed.
