The recent signing of a 3 year agreement with the unions @ LC I would have to disagree with that part of your assessment. Recent being earlier this year.

Now, the unions @ El Callao do have issue because they are see their jobs going away within months if Revemin Mill is not assigned to process ore from other mines and the miners @ Tomi and Victoria need a place to go.
