President Chavez inaugurated the 1st. Fitven 2008 edition

Ciudad Guayana, 02 Oct. ABN .- At the pace of Callao Calipso, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez Frías, opened the afternoon on Thursday the first edition of the International Tourism Fair in Venezuela (Fitven 2008), in the museum's Caroni , Located in Ciudad Guayana, Bolívar state.

The Venezuelan president made a tour of the tents that make up the show along with the ministers of People's Power for Tourism, Titina Azuaje, for Sport, Victoria Mata, for Indigenous Peoples, he started Maldonado, in addition to the ambassador of the Republic of Syria , KHAFIF Mohammad, Minister of Tourism of Nicaragua, Mario Salinas, among others.

The Fair is conducted by the Ministry of People's Power for Tourism through its affiliated entities, the mixed funds, domestic and international tourist servers.

This event aims to show the various places that are in Venezuela, as well as the exchange of fraternal peoples.
