Given the fact that the permit was denied in April and in June Minamb was told to get back to the table and expedite. Aug KRY's proposal was accepted by Minamb. Somebody has enthusiasm in wanting to expedite this. It wasn't KRY who said this needed to be expedited it was the VZ gov't. By the way RF has been in VZ the past 2 weeks, surely he's not on vacation.
