you'd have to file....theres no sense in "not filing"...the venz know if they dont approve the permit they end up in court....the only question is "do they care?" ....

it almost seems like some folks (even in kry mngt) have an attitude of "we dont want to rush and file suit because that might upset hugo and then we wont get approval"....duhhhh

thats the dumbest thing i've ever heard... theres a large portion of ven politicians and citizenry that want these projects to get started (and i believe kry will begin construction of LC...someday) but the fact is that the last official judgement was to not approve these projects....you have to plan according to that...
