CJR...they definately have had a problem with the illegal miners and will need some heavy duty enforcement going forward if the "legal miners" (hopefully among which will be the employees of KRY at Las Cristinas) and legal mining as defined by Hugo is to flourish going forward. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
