right on ian, this is the last post on this i'll put on this board (move to OT) i think we'll be getting kry news soon BUT....another part of the problem is....

in swfla many folks have walked away from their homes even if they can afford them....why pay 3x the value of a home (that will take 10years to breakeven minus payments) when you can walk away, build your cash/credit back up and be flush in a couple years....

the last few months speculators have been buying homes on the cheap down here (after 1 1/2 years of no activity)....real estate in fl/ca will start turning soon imo...
