My take on it is what we already know from the local publications Friday.

The BNA article is dated the 26th as well.

The thrust of the articles was CVG guaranteeing the jobs for the remainder of the year. Based on this statement in the articles, and the fact we have not had any press release from Crystallex, I cannot come to any other conclusion except Crystallex and CVG have an agreement to maintain status quo.
