The translation of the Sanchez first quote literaly says "and to discourage investors" like it is some kind of evil plan. If this is correct- What a pile of poopie! Is this a missed translation? Or was he saying- and is discouraging investors.

There are obviously miners on the ground whom have a solid grasp of where all these constraints are coming from.

Sanchez also carefully chose the word "impediments" instead of naming names of those he thinks are doing the impeeding.
