WHY?

The reports that we have gotten (unreliable and totally false as they probably are) have indicated that Hugo will ultimately be present for the handing out of the checks to the displaced miners. If he is in the neighborhood for a possible Alo "numb-nuts" this coming Sunday...there is an outside possibility that he could hand out the checks and announce new jobs at Las Cristinas\Las Brisas along with details pertaining to the disposition of Revemin (as it might also provide jobs going forward for the displaced miners) in a single, sweeping self aggrandizing act of political prostitution. If he is not in-country on Sunday....this is not a possibility. And Yes...I understand that the permit will most likely be issued out of the blue and no Alo "numb nuts" is required.
