did they explain why they cant seem to get checks to the people they promised them to? hugo's so full of crap.....he went broke selling oil at the highest prices ever......he's in deep doo now but wait til oil hits $60......maybe his bancodelsur bonds will buy him a plane ticket out of ven.....
