sasa, after reading a lot of the "opinion" pieces this morning (especially el universal, they're really hammering hugo recently) i've come to the conclusion that hugo may become a "lame duck" dictator in november.....

maybe thats why they're forming the "hugo youth groups".....take the young people camping, teach them to spy on their family/friends...teach them riot control techniques for safety purposes.....you know, good clean fun....
