What is Market telling us?

In my post from yesterday, based on the email response from RM, I indicated all we can do is continue to wait; could we finally be witnessing the beginning of somthing very material? Well, let me say this; the market is very efficient and the fact that KRY SP popped positive at the close tells me that something was up; if it closed lower I would be much more concerned!! But it closed higher!! The markets are telling us something. Was it that Mr. Chavez was speaking or was it some other event positive enought that someone wanted in. (speculators perahaps - who knows).

Yesterday RM quoted the following:

MinAmb appears to have been satisfied by the site visit and modification proposal and haven't requested anything further from the CVG or Crystallex. We believe the process is in position where the next material event relating to Las Cristinas could/should be the issuance of the Environmental Permit. (Ask youselves, when was the last time Mr. Chavez even mentioned Gold as reported by the Reuters article.)
On September 11th, RM made the following comments:

The Government launched a dialogue/process (why would the Government launch dialogue if not for furtherence of something?) with us in late June, visited the site in early August, sent us a letter acknowledging approval (KRY received acknowledgment paving the way for furtherence of something) of the modifications and delegated permitting powers to the VM. Nothing further has been requested from us and so we hope to see MinAmb follow through with the Permit issuance (Is the permit now in the furtherence of finally being delivered?)so we can launch the project and start hiring.

I did like the SP pop at the close of the markets on Friday.

I did not like the Reuters article after market close.

I did not like Ms Ortega's comments a while back denying us our permit which apparently is not an issue any longer.

I do like that the facts from KRY are pointing to something is very close to occuring (although it has taken forever to happen, which only means that the odds are in our favour of at least something is about to occur) to which I trust is the issuance of the permit.
