One thing that that is very interesting about that article is:

1: Why did Chavez not mention a company?

2: Chavez said "President Hugo Chavez said that his Government is reclaiming great mines in the south of Venezuela, without specifying which".

3: Why did he not specify which?

4: Why does RM keep saying "We believe the process is in position where the next material event relating to Las Cristinas could/should be the issuance of the Environmental Permit".
