Anyone has any ideas what are the potential world-class mine sites in VEN that are undevelop? LC? LB? what else? Or in the process of developing?

In using the oil sector as an example:

How Chavez usually nationalizes a sector? How much money in total that Crystallex spent in VEN regarding the LC project including those social projects thus far? How long does it take him to nationalize a sector, a fair guess? Will he fully refund all KRY investment at all? like 200 million.. 66 cents cash to each share?

November is their election month, what is the chance that he will win? Is there any other significant person that can challenge him in this election?

Anyone sends an email to RM and ask for his comments? Any press release to clarify the company's position to Mr. Presisdent's comment?

I do think his comment is hinting something to Crystallex or Gold Reserve. I really wonder who is the real target. Is this an informal response to Gold Reserve in regard to their appeal since KRY mentioned that they are encouraged with the VEN government while GRZ does not has such positive comment at all?

What are your thoughts after reading this article? What are the possible scenarios to the share price in monday's trading? What is the chance that there will be a follow up speech from Chavez or maybe KRY's management?

In the case that KRY got the real denial from Chavez and got paid like 300 millions.. $1 dollar a share.. how will KRY response? Take it to the next level of appealing? Is there enough money for them to continue the process? Or just settle this case with Chavez? Or run out of money and head into bankruptcy.
