Right on, Boss! For us oldtimers, KRY learned by painful experience not

to comment on 'news'. They found out the hard way that was is discussed by one VZ representative is not entirely what will happen that week, month, or even several years due to the strange VZ bureacratic structure where even the lowest civil employee can jam the works of the entire process.
