Try to understand this main point. KRY is not going to comment on any news you read about or hear about. Until they get something in writing they are by law not allowed to make comments that would move the stock.

They can say they are in talks are encouraged by talks but nothing material. One should not get all worked up on these none events,its mostly political BS.

I was calling RM but learned he will always give you a nice spin, and try to keep you up to date on the progress of talks but that's it.

Watch the volume and SP that will tell you in advance of permit.

Having said that it never hurts to read all you can to try and see a trend leading to the permit.
