Thursday, September 18, 2008 Fedecámaras Bolivar, Senén Torrealba, at theopening of Expoamérica said to have no explanation for the fact that
CVG has withdrawn its subsidiaries of major event. He suggested thatthe development agency must spend at the hands of the regionalgovernment, believes that body as fully identified with Guyana.

During the inauguration of the Expo III americas Bolivar 2008, thepresident of the organizing committee of the event and Fedecámaras,Senén Torrealba, proposed to the National Executive that the
Corporación Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) will become a unit within thegovernment of the state in order to redirect the fate of the corebusinesses of the region.
This request was made then that theauthorities of the
Corporación Venezolana de Guayana (CVG) and the
Ministry of Basic Industries and Mining will be withdrawn in a"surprise" event, thereby denying the involvement of businessesprotected in the Expo americas.
"This event has always soughtthe integration of the productive sectors, public and private, that'swhy we are surprised that the authorities of the
CVG and
Mibam hastaken the determination not to participate in the Expo americas withoutany convincing explanation, that decision only demonstrates the anobjection to the corporation being managed and supervised theircompanies' business leader said.
Also acknowledged thecollaboration of the National Executive through the Vice-Presidency ofthe Republic and the Governor of the state, an institution which hasalways supported this entrepreneurial spirit.
Torrealbarecalled that the Expo is not americas event that seeks to generateeconomic gains but attempts to integrate public and private sectors forproductive development in the region.
The president ofFedecámaras also suggested that public institutions such as governors,mayors of Caroní,
Mibam, CVG and Bancoex spend part of the packagestock of the Expo americas in order to encourage further the processingindustry in the region.
Government institutions Faced with the request of the president of Fedecámaras, the governor
Francisco Rangel Gomez responded that the
CVG is an institution ofnational government and as such always provide support to initiativesthat promote the development of the region.
He said thatignores the reasons for the withdrawal of
CVG and its companiesprotected, but commented that sure that there is a logical explanation.He called on employers to join with the public sector and asserted thatthe government will continue to promote these initiatives.
"Guyana has become the country's non-oil alternative that allows us todevelop the full potential that keeps this region (...), we areconfident that Guyana will continue to offer all their wealth to thewelfare of the nation" he said the first national representative .
Acknowledgments At the opening of the Expo III americas he handed awards to severalpersonalities in the region. It is well recognized as the work of thebusiness group's president Comunicacional RG, Ruben Gamarra, who has asuccessful track record in the field of communications, constructionand real estate market.

Wheels and business conferences Image This September 19 will open the event in the Orinoco Hall HotelIntercontinental Guayana, which made wheels for investment and businessin five tables programmed, which discussed topics such as replacementparts and imported parts, housing and infrastructure development,banking specialized banking and energy business, the business sector inimplementation of projects in science and technology and eventuallybanking and public financing plan.
Meanwhile, the cycle ofconferences will include the topics: how to invest in the state of
Bolivar (CVG, governors and mayors), relational approaches to taxpolicy (Maribel Rosario, vice president of Bancoex), the incidence ofpsychological illnesses labor del Siglo XXI ( David Serrano), Law onScience and Technology (Alexander Piñero-UNEG), strengthening ofuniversity-industry-government links between Venezuelan companies ofprimary aluminum in the model of sustainable development (LuisGuzmán-UNEG), design and construction of boarding bridges (VictorSotillo of Hardwell), among other high-impact business for the guild.
At the international level will take the participation of threePanamanian private companies, some linked to the financial sector,services and construction. Additionally, the multisectoral fair will beattended by 14 Winery of Argentina with an exhibition and tastingtitled "Argentina, wines and flavors."
Productive Partnership The event focuses its efforts towards boosting the "grand allianceproductive" proposed by the National Government.
