Have you considered that GRZ may not be all that upset if the appeal period expires without any response from MinAmb?

They have a couple of brand new mills eash with 35k tpd capability under construction and partially paid for, which will be completed next yea.

They have the staff and expertise and a sufficient amount of cash with which to do a deal with any one of the many juniors with proven ore bodies, but without equipment or finance in the present climate. It only takes a minimal amount of management time to run a law suit which is the next obvious step if the permit revocation stands, and the rest of the team could start a mine elsewhere where the political climate isn't quite so hostile.

The current MC that the market is giving GRZ is way under book value, even under cash value so a change of venue will probably be taken as a positive, not a negative, in such a circumstance.

I really have no idea if anything specific like this is being seriously considered yet by GRZ, but I do know that there were approaches made to GRZ by other potential miners a little while ago.
