Previously Crystallex seemed to have support from locals to some major government officals, however, currently a number of articles have been published that indicate people in the region are not in support of Crystallex. Has there been a shift of support for Crystallex in the small communities and government?
I was wondering what is Crystallex current view of articles stating that miners are unhappy with them? Is Crystallex in the middle of a political fight for control of Governship of Bolivar state?
Most important do you still have support from the locals, mayor and members of the government?

We continue to have solid support from the Governor of Bolivar State and Mayor of Sifontes (both PSUV Candidates for this fall). Additionally, the local community and leaders in Sifontes and KM88 support the advancement of the Las Cristinas project.
As the operations are winding down in El Callao (Revemin, Tomi and La Vic) some interests are making noise - some out of concern for their future employment and others wanting to position to potentially pick up any assets that may become available or structure new ventures for mining or processing etc. That leads to these meandering articles.
Our focus remains on Las Cristinas and we are encouraged about our position and expect the permit to be issued.
