Venezuela may not care about this deadline...but certainly Crystallex DOES. Expiration of this date will be a material event from a legal perspective and will mandate action on the part of Crystallex management with regard to CEASING all social investment and filing applicable legal paperwork to protect shareholder rights. If you don't think Venezuela is well aware of this deadline and knows EXACTLY what it is doing if it allows it to expire, I have a bridge to nowhere I can sell you at a good price. The negative implications for share price given this eventuality is obvious. This does not mean we won't get the permit before the expiration of the deadline, but things are certainly getting more interesting with each passing day. Coincidentally...every passing day places KRY at an incrementally degraded negotiating position. Do you think Venezuela may be aware of that fact?
