My street Spanish is not the best, and with the lack of punctuation in the provided e-mail prose, there is a lot of a room for error. Plus, the many incorrect spellings (written the way it is pronounced). Not being critical, but it may be an indication of the educational level of the person. Guessing the correct punctuation and spelling, not to mention colloquialisms, can take this all to a whole new level of misunderstanding.
