"Don't blame Roy Carson"

I don't blame him (for not receiving the permit) but I will hold him accountable for his comments. He said Crystallex was in possession of the permit. He said the permit was done and dusted. He said two weeks ago we would hear some news on the permit approval. As you know none of thoes things happened and in the future I will never believe anything Roy Carson says. I will take any news from Vheadline with caution.
