do you really thing that Chavez has got time to discuss LC with Sanz?.

He has a goal in mind and an agenda that he has created in this last two days.

He has to play "HERO"to the eyes of the Venezuelan people and carry on accusing the western world of plots for trying to hoist him from power.

He has to rally the support of his own people and he will not find time to process a permit to be released to a "Westerner country".
