On AMEX: Appears the SP Surge excitement is somewhat over and sp hanging between 0.97 and a buck. Vol near 800k.

60min techs are Bullish and should carry through to close. Hard to guage but should close above 0.94 or better.

Short term techs are going Bear to Bull to Bear to Bull. Long term tech (daily) is still Bearish.
