CJR, I'm sure that Venezuela will be very successful in getting foreign investment -- AS SOON as they stop jerking everyone around, start permitting projects, stop interfering every time some uneducated socialist worker complains about having to work, and oh yeah - allows companies to get money out of the country using official exchange rates.

Might help if they would address crime and corruption too.

Of course by then the leftist leaders will be long gone.
