Unless you are for sure of some good news hitting the main news wires, or there is a Company press release (good) pending to be released, you might want to wait. Just a suggestion and in no way advice.

Reason is, the long term techs look like we are going to have at least a day or two of pain, possibly more, unfortunately. Short term techs drift up and down from Bear to Bull to Bear, but long term appears Bearish. Hate to be a downer, but that is the way the techs are looking to me.

We need good news in an official Company pr (like the Ortega-Garcia thing), or the permit granted.
