it's not shown in the MOA "executive summary" but it is in the MOA..i forget the page #.....the clock starts after all needed permits.....many of the social projects that kry has done did not need to start yet either (goodwill i guess)....at 500k oz per year they're gonna need all 40 of them. i have a feeling with the "one large pit" now, the oz. per year has probably been one of the recent discussion factors....
