now i'm curious. anyone have any ideas on the reclamation of tailings? anyway, it all sounds good. the words "encouraged", "confident" and "imminent" dont seem to have the same effect on PPS that they used to but maybe we're close....imo, instead of forming water companies, schools and hospitals in the hopes of obtaining a permit, maybe the negotiations should be "get us a permit and THEN we'll shell out the money"...just a thought.
