Roy knows nothing in my opinion as far as timing of the permit is concerned. He may have sources but I don't think they are in the government. He probably talks to the taco vendor outside Hugo's office.

Roy probably gets more information from this forum than his SOURCES! How can anyone take him seriously when he announces the permit is iminent over and over again only to see nothing.

I have no doubt we will get the permit but listening to Roys predictions is like the boy who cried wolf. It's been said many times that a broken clock is right twice a day which is still better that Roys batting average.

I guess I should tell everyone that I have a source in VZ and the permit will be announced to tomorrow. If no then the next day or the next day or you get the idea! I guess I'll evetually be right then I can gloat and ask for donations.
