Tens of families, who are in that place for nine years, assure that they do not count on the sufficient resources like being able to live on rents in rents.

Today the preoccupation of the neighbors is made more and more latent, because they fear that from a little while to another one they can be removed to the force from the land where already they are had customary to live.

Conscious of its condition of invaders, they ask for to the CVG and the Mayorship of Caroní a relocation, because before being in the street they prefer to face the bureaucratic machinery that hides behind a request of that type.

Elvis Leon comments that past Tuesday the community received the visit of workers of the CVG, that informed to them that they would have soon them to evacuate of the land.

“They came here for like the 3:00 from afternoon. Supposedly we were going to have a meeting to see in what it was going to be that, but the certain thing is that all we needed a ceiling here to live”, declares.

In agreement with Leon in the place they inhabit workers of different public institutions that they do not count on plans of houses, nor remunerations that allow them to live in better conditions.

“Here a police, a patrol craft, a worker of 1-7-1 and I lives, who I am of the Interior. Altogether they are 43 families, and nobody must where to go away. All we are here because we do not have where to go”, it express.

Without nothing
It seems lie that who make life in New Hope, in spite of not counting on no basic class on watch, wants to continue there living, but situation forces the economic them to it.

“Here we have light, neither water nor no type on watch. We did not count either on the zoning. The CVG says that there are no spaces right now like being zonificando, but we do not understand it, because they came two years ago with topographers to look for to solve that problem, but after that anything”, Leon adds.

Elvis Leon indicates that services of the black and white waters in New Hope are nonexistent, reason by which the septic wells and the water tanks have become the salvation for the residents.

“Pure septic well is what we have this way. In addition we must buy tanks. The trucks happen and they sell the water to us, and we have tried to look for other solutions like removing a pipe half to put the water for here”, exposes.

It is not explained how, although the majority of the community supports the governmental policies, the district in which lives does not count on no of those important services.

“The Interior would have to approach here. We are all with the process, but nobody puts the hand to help us us”, is sorry.

On the other hand Érika Guzmán and Milagros Silvera agree with Leon at the time of indicating which are the main problems that they wrap to New Hope.

The neighbors request the governmental attention for the children of the community, because these do not count on any scholastic institution where to go.
