At the risk of using logic to analyze what goes on in Venezuela...it would seem to me that we should be looking for the permit before October 20th (or whatever the official date is for the expiration of the 90 day window for Minamb to respond to KRY's rebuttal to the mining prohibition in the Imataca). We have NOT received a legal document officially reversing the mining prohibition to my knowledge and I assume (hope) that KRY management is not doing business down there on the basis of a wink and a handshake.

Two questions for Richard Marshall:

1) Exactly what is the deadline (inclusive of Venezuelan holidays) for Minamb to officially respond to KRY's rebuttal?

2) Will KRY take the next legal step in the event that the deadline comes and passes with no official response from Minamb?
