Perhaps Vinvec or NoBear can give an opinion from their own legal background. As an investor I feel that an official legal response from Minamb directly addressing the 90 day deadline is "material". I don't want a wink...I don't want a handshake and I don't want some generic, unofficial comment from "Venezuelan legal counsel" either.
