That would correspond to when the "protests" occurred after Ortega's bombshell which seemed to be an attempt to justify what she did. It was all confusing in that Ortega's decree came out of left field and then a bunch of negtaive protest articles came out including one from the former governor who is in jail.

More and more this seems to be a fabriated scenario.
