Many people go to great length to point out how bad a country Venezuela is, to do business and I agree, there are better countries.

However, when you check the list of pending cases for the ICSID, you will find that Argentina tops the list by a long way: 23 cases, followed by Ecuador with 9.

Venezuela and Turkey follow with 5, including the Vannessa farce, followed by Mexico with 4.

I am confident that KRY does not need to add a 6th case to the list.
