Goldvision, it does seem that ever time we start to get some traction a story appears that puts a shadow over us. This time however it had no affect. I'm sure everyone knows that Kry isn't part of the suit and the odds of getting money out of Hugo after what Placer Dome did is unlikely.

As to your question about who we can partner with or sell out to, Fung himself has said there are no restrictions in our operating agreement. This doesn't mean that Fung or Kry would not include Chavez and Sanz regarding any possible deal.

Brinigng LC to a mine will take more money. There are lots of ways to do it but my guess would be that our partner will supply the money. After the permit is issued Kry will move quickly to start the process rolling. Kry doesn't have a CEO at present even though Fung is in the position. He isn't a mining CEO, that should be providied by our JV partner unless we are totally bought out.

Do I think it will be the Russians or Chinese? Quite possible but my vote is the Chinese. Li Ka-shing is as big a player as they get. His company is doing the new port in Venezuela. I don't see Kry mining LC in the sense of it will be a totally different Kry.
