Probably the more important issue (following the permit) is the ability to sell gold outside the country. Currently, all gold must be sold to the government (at world market US dollar spot rates). The company has applied for a license to sell 85% outside the country, which would pretty much moot the currency issue for KRY. The proceeds from the 15% sold to the government would be used for wages, royalties, taxes, etc. inside the country.
