CJR -Speaking of talking about stuff - did you take a look at any of the Tradewinds stuff I posted last night - it was mainly in response to your inquiries last weekend. Anyway, after reading all of that I feel very confident that Tradwinds is NOT buying for a third party and that they WON'T be dumping huge blocks on permit announcement.
