So many here have the theory that VZ and RML are in bed together. The so called partner of choice as Rusoro like to promote. If I remeber correctly, Sanz issued a public statement warning Hecla about negotiating without their approval. Hecla did the deal with RML because they wanted out of VZ. None of Hecla's mines were core positions and they were getting killed by labour problems. VZ was probably thrilled that RML was willing to take over for Hecla even if it was all a shill game by RML. How profitable will those mines really be?

RML is promting the hell out of this whole concept that they are the chosen partner because it might make buying companies like GRZ easier if the believe that their going to get screwed by Hugo. There is no way in the world that RML will make an offer for KRY. They can't even afford GRZ.

GRZ wants out and RML thought they might get lucky. They could come back and offer 4 shares and it wouldn't matter to RML because their shares are basically worthless as the continue to dilute.

Fung has done an amazing job navigating the VZ mining minefield. KRY will get their permit and maybe a lot more than we know. I've been looking to sell either on permit or take over but now I'm not so sure. I might want to ride the VZ wave a bit longer to see what happens. Perhaps KRY will become the gold mining partner of choice and RML will become just another bump on the road.
