Sorry but I can't remember if this was talked about here. KRY's letter from Minamb accepting proposals and a reversal in the denial pr'd early a.m. Aug 22 which means letter rcvd Aug 21. Rusoro's offer letter to GRZ dated Aug 21. Was this letter rcvd by KRY as a statement to KRY telling them you are ok and you will get the permit at sometime. The VZ gov't wants Rusoro to make an offer to GRZ before any permits are handed out. The gov't tells KRY work with us on this and KRY says not until we have something in writing that the denial has been reversed and proposal accepted. Thus the two letter coincedentally dated the same days?
