A neutral response from Richard on the developments of yesterday specific to RML's offer on GRZ. I was courious to see whether or not KRY is positioned better or worse then GRZ and not subjected to similar proposals. As I mentioned last night I am comforted with KRY's existing operations and history of working in VZ which should support our efforts with Las Cristinas moving forward. Not surprised with RM comments as they are reported below:

Hi Richard,

I would be interested in hearing your take on Rusco’s offer for Gold Reserve? (ie. Undervalued offer or other comment?) And has Crystallex been in discussion, either by pressure or encouraged by the VZ authorities to discuss with Rusco any similar proposals that involve Crystallex’s assets?

How would you categorize and compare the differences between KRY vs GRZ and whether investors need to be concerned about a similar exchange of events on KRY? I suppose investors would not be upset provide the offer is presented at a value in line with the assets, but without a permit I doubt that would occur.
