Been away and trying to catch up.

I think the Russians are definately in the picture for mining in Bolivar state but I don't see them getting Kry. China wants gold just as much as the Russians do and I'm sure Hugo wants to keep them happy. China is in the picture and Hugo knows how tight Fung is with them.
