On AMEX sp is coming back. From earlier low of 0.91 (on 10k sell). Currently at 0.99. Short term (3,15) techs looking bullish. 60min techs turning for the better.

Sheesh, may even turn out to be a green day. Any mention by Chavez or Sanz today would make it for sure.
